The Department of Finance organized a farewell function in honor of our former Secretary, Kungnoe Tsering Dhondup la.

Kungnoe la has dedicated 28 years of service to the Central Tibetan Administration. We sincerely thank him for his unwavering dedication, sacrifices, and exemplary leadership throughout his career.

While we bid farewell to him as our Secretary, we are delighted to welcome him back to the Department in a new and even more meaningful role.

We, the Paljorians, extend our heartfelt congratulations and deepest gratitude for his 28 years of dedicated service to the Central Tibetan Administration. We wish him continued success in this new chapter.
