A DLC campaign, Pension Adalat and Medical Camp were organised at BSNL Conference Hall, Imphal in c/w nation wide DLC campaign 4.0. The camp was inaugurated online by Hon’ble CGCA, and all pensioners’ grievances were addressed with due care and attention.

Successfully conducted its quarterly Pension Adalat for DoT and BSNL pensioners on 21st May 2025 at the BSNL Conference Hall, Imphal.
The Adalat aimed to address pension-related grievances such as disbursement, transfer cases, and ID Card issuance.
Spot settlements were prioritized, while transfer cases were referred to the concerned Circles for follow-up.
Over 90 pensioners, including representatives from the All India BSNL DOT Pensioners Association, participated in the program.
