🚶‍♂️ Safer Roads. Safer Crossings. Safer Lives.

Pedestrian safety remains a key priority in strengthening safe and seamless mobility across Delhi.

As part of this commitment, 3 new Foot Over Bridges (FOBs) have been approved on the Delhi–Dehradun Expressway (NH-709B, Package-I) at Bhajanpura, Geeta Colony, and Ramesh Park (Laxmi Nagar).

Equipped with lifts and stairways on both sides, these FOBs will facilitate safe, convenient, and orderly pedestrian movement.

NHAI remains committed to safer roads and safer pedestrian movement.

As part of , NHAI Regional Office Delhi, through PIU Sohna, is undertaking dedicated cleanliness and upkeep activities across National Highway stretches and associated road infrastructure.

From roadside sweeping and cleaning to the upkeep of signs, medians and green areas, field teams are actively contributing towards cleaner, greener and better-maintained highways. These efforts reflect NHAI’s commitment to public hygiene, environmental sustainability and a better travel experience for road users.

As part of , NHAI Regional Office Delhi, along with its PIUs Bhiwani and Rewari, is undertaking cleanliness and upkeep activities across National Highways to promote a cleaner, greener and more sustainable highway environment.

Through dedicated cleanliness drives, sweeping, vegetation maintenance and on-ground participation by field teams, these initiatives are contributing towards better-maintained highway stretches, improved surroundings and a more pleasant travel experience for road users.

📚 हिंदी पखवाड़ा 2026 | हिंदी पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी

हिंदी भाषा एवं साहित्य के प्रति प्रेम और अध्ययन की भावना को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHAI) मुख्यालय में हिंदी पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया।

इस अवसर पर NHAI के अध्यक्ष श्री संतोष यादव एवं सदस्य श्री विशाल चौहान ने प्रदर्शनी में सहभागिता की। साथ ही, NHAI के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने भी पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन कर ज्ञानवर्धक पुस्तकों का परिचय प्राप्त किया।

यह पहल हिंदी भाषा, साहित्य एवं पठन संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक सार्थक कदम है।
