Today, a sensitization programme on The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 was conducted by the Local Complaints Committee, Faridabad in association with Iamsme of India on the occasion of Women’s Day.

A Meeting of the Local Complaints Committee was held on 21st February, 2019 to discuss about the actions to be taken against the organizations not complying with the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.
The Committee has decided to issue Non-Compliance Notices to all the organizations who have failed to comply with the said Act.
