Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has received approval to establish an International Financial Services Centre Banking Unit (IBU) at GIFT City.
The new IBU will enable IOB to participate in offshore banking, foreign currency operations, trade finance, and other cross-border financial services from GIFT City, further strengthening the ecosystem for international banking and global capital flows.
