આઈ.સી.ડી.એસ., મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ વિભાગ દ્વારા આંગણવાડીમાં કરાવવામાં આવતી પૂર્વ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણની પ્રવૃત્તિઓથી માતા-પિતા, વાલી, જનસમુદાયને માહિતગાર કરવા અને પ્રચાર-પ્રસાર માટેનો એક પ્રયાસ એટલે "બાલક પાલક સર્જન કાર્યક્રમ". જેમાં વાલી અને બાળકોને સાથે મળીને સર્જનાત્મક પ્રવૃતિઓ કરવાની તક મળી.
