A Promise Taking Shape

These photographs are more than just images of a footpath under construction..they are a reflection of a promise being translated into action.

On behalf of Sanjivini Samaj and the residents of the locality, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Hon'ble MLA, Shri Tenzing Norbu Lamtha, for his prompt intervention and commitment towards restoring the footpath that was swept away by the recent incessant rainfall.

When we brought this genuine concern before Hon'ble Sir, he listened patiently and assured us of his support. Today, as the work progresses towards completion, we are grateful to see that assurance taking tangible shape on the ground. For the people who use this pathway every day..especially schoolchildren, elderly residents and families—it is not merely a footpath, but an essential connection to their homes and community.

We would also like to place on record our special appreciation to Mrs. Tashi Lahmu Bhutia for her selfless contribution and hands-on involvement in seeing the work through. Despite her demanding schedule and numerous responsibilities, she took personal initiative and charge of the work for the welfare of her village on direction of Hon'bleMLAsir. Her willingness to devote her time and energy to a community cause exemplifies the true meaning of service without expectation.

Development becomes meaningful when elected representatives listen, community members participate, and individuals step forward with sincerity.

Our sincere thanks to Hon'ble MLA Shri Tenzing Norbu Lamtha for turning concern into action and a promise into progress.

With gratitude, respect and appreciation — Sanjivini Samaj.

Beyond Politics, A Heart That Cares

This evening, a delegation from Sanjivini Samaj, led by President Mrs. Menuka Tamang, accompanied by Mrs. Tashi Lahmu Bhutia,Mrs Tashi Bhutia and Mr. Bhim Sharma had the honour of meeting our esteemed Hon'ble MLA sir at his residence regarding the urgent restoration of the water supply and footpath that were washed away by the recent incessant rainfall.

Despite having an exceptionally demanding schedule and recovering from a pained leg, Hon'ble Sir graciously welcomed us, patiently heard concern, and gave us his valuable time. His humility, accessibility, and unwavering commitment to public welfare truly reflect the qualities of a compassionate and people-centric leader.

What touched us the most was that, even while enduring personal leg pain, he chose to prioritise the needs of his people. His assurance to restore the damaged footpath and water supply has rekindled hope among the affected residents and once again demonstrated that true leadership is measured not by words alone but by empathy, dedication, and decisive action.

On behalf of Sanjivini Samaj we express our deepest gratitude to our Hon'ble MLA for his constant support, visionary leadership, and tireless service towards the welfare and development of our constituency. His sincere concern for every citizen continues to inspire confidence and strengthen the faith of the people.

We pray for his speedy recovery, good health, and continued success as he leads our constituency towards greater progress and prosperity.

A special appreciation to our little sister Nikita Biswakarma for taking the initiative to conduct a yoga session at the Panchayat House, Syari. Her efforts brought together people across generations to celebrate the essence of yoga—physical wellness, mental clarity, and inner peace.
