Empowering Officials for Effective Appeal Management under the ARTPS (Amendment) Act 2024
A training session on the New Appeal Management System under the Assam Right to Public Services (Amendment) Act 2024 was conducted at the Assam Administrative Staff College, Khanapara, for officials of the Assam State Commission for Right to Public Services (ASCRTPS) by AITEC & CSD Society (SEWA SETU, ASSAM )IT Department on 11th-12th March 2025
Shri Kausar Jamil Hilaly, IAS, Secretary, ASCRTPS, along with other senior officials, attended the session, emphasizing the importance of equipping officials with the necessary skills to ensure faster, more transparent, and citizen-centric grievance resolution.
This training marks a key step in enhancing public service delivery by streamlining the appeal process and reinforcing accountability in governance.
