IMPORTANT NOTICE | System Downtime

To support ongoing cloud migration activities, a scheduled system downtime of 36 hours will be in effect from: 9:00 PM on 28 Feb 2026 to: 9:00 AM on 02 Mar 2026.

During this period, all public and internal applications & portals — including ARMS, Consumer Portal, EasyPay, MyBijulee, BijuleeBandhu, and other associated systems — will remain temporarily unavailable.

Prepaid consumers are requested to maintain sufficient balance for uninterrupted service.

33 kV and 11 kV Under Ground cables used for NH crossing at Khanapara caught fire from nearby garbage burning. All the lines were disconnected for safety reasons and immediate action for restoration of power from alternate source was undertaken.

Due to this fire incident and as power to Sonapur was also affected, power supply to Zubeen Khetra was interrupted for around 35 minutes.
