On 27 May 2026, the valediction ceremony of the 5th batch of Assistant Urdu Translators was held at Gandhi Hall, marking the successful completion of the training programme conducted from 30 March to 27 May 2026. Certificates were awarded to 154 trainees in the presence of Shri S. M. Parwez Alam, Director, Urdu Directorate, along with Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, Shri Naushad Ahmad Khan, and Shri Vikas Kumar. The programme focused on strengthening linguistic and translation competencies for effective public communication.

On 25 May 2026, the inauguration of the two-month training programme for Block Agriculture Officers of the Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar, was held at BIPARD.
Scheduled from 25 May to 25 July 2026, the programme aims to strengthen administrative capabilities, agricultural extension practices, and field-level implementation skills for effective service delivery.

The Valediction Ceremony of the One-Month Residential Training Programme for the Auditors of the Directorate of Audit, Finance Department, Government of Bihar was successfully conducted at the BIPARD, Gaya.

The programme focused on enhancing participants' knowledge and skills in audit practices, financial compliance, accountability, and public administration. Certificates were awarded to 21 participants upon successful completion of the training.

The Institutional Training Programme for the 2025 Batch of IAS Probationers (Bihar Cadre) was inaugurated today (11 May 2026), marking the commencement of a comprehensive six-week course scheduled to conclude on 21 June 2026. A total of 11 IAS probationers are participating in the programme.

The inauguration ceremony was conducted in the presence of Dr. B. Rajender, I.A.S., Director General, BIPARD (via video conference), along with Dr. Safeena A.N., I.A.S., Additional Director General, BIPARD, Gaya.

The programme is designed to equip the probationers with administrative insights, governance practices, and state-specific protocols essential for effective public service in Bihar.

On 04-05-2026, a one-month training programme for Assistant Directors of the Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar was inaugurated.
The programme witnessed the participation of 95 officers and is aimed at strengthening administrative skills, enhancing technical knowledge, and improving field-level implementation of agricultural policies.

The inauguration ceremony of the one-month Induction Training Programme for Bihar Grih Raksha Vahini and Fire Services was held at BIPARD on 04 May 2026, with 96 trainees joining the programme.

The ceremony was graced by Shri Mithilesh Kumar Sinha (Course Coordinator-cum-Observer, BIPARD), Shri Ram Pravesh Sahni (Observer, BIPARD), Shri Prabhu Ram, I.A.S. (Retd.) (Joint Director-cum-Observer, BIPARD), and Shri Binod Kumar Jha (Observer, BIPARD).

During the ceremony, trainees took a pledge, reflecting their commitment and dedication towards their responsibilities.

International Labour Day was celebrated at BIPARD, Gaya, recognising the dedication, hard work, and invaluable contributions of workers. The occasion reaffirmed the importance of dignity of labour, workers’ rights, and inclusive growth in building a stronger society.

On 27 April 2026, the inauguration of the Six-Day Residential Training Programme for Manager–Communication, JEEViKA, was held at BIPARD, with 34 participants, scheduled from 27 April to 02 May 2026. The programme aims to strengthen communication strategies, enhance field-level engagement, and improve the effectiveness of development initiatives.

The inauguration ceremony of the one-month Induction Training Programme for Technician Grade-III was formally held at BIPARD on 27.04.2026. A total of 350 trainees of Technician Grade-III have joined this one-month training programme.

The programme commenced with a welcome address by Anant Sungyan (Young Professional), followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and an overview of the training objectives and structure.
