যোৱা ১৯ ফেব্ৰুৱাৰি তাৰিখে ১৫ নং গোগামূখ সমষ্টিৰ অন্তৰ্গত নাহৰবাৰী গাঁৱৰ নিবাসী ক্ৰমে নবীন পেগু, নৱকান্ত পেগু, মনোজ কুমাৰ পেগু আৰু দীপক পেগুৰ ঘৰত সংঘটিত হোৱা এক আকস্মিক অগ্নিকাণ্ডত তেওঁলোকৰ ঘৰৰ প্ৰায় সকলো সম্পত্তি ভস্মীভূত হৈ পৰে। এই দুখজনক ঘটনাই পৰিয়ালসমূহক গভীৰ সংকটৰ মাজলৈ ঠেলি দিয়ে।

ঘটনাৰ খবৰ পোৱাৰ লগে লগে ১৫ নং গোগামূখ সমষ্টিৰ সাধাৰণ সদস্য শ্ৰী ৰাজু পেগু আৰু পৰিষদৰ কৰ্মচাৰীসকলে ঘটনাস্থলী পৰিদৰ্শন কৰি পৰিস্থিতিৰ বুজ লয়। লগতে পৰিষদৰ কৰ্মচাৰী তৰফৰ পৰা প্ৰত্যেক ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত পৰিয়াললৈ ৩টা কৰি কম্বল বিতৰণ কৰা হয়। তেওঁলোকে ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত পৰিয়ালসমূহৰ সৈতে কথা পাতি সম্ভৱ সকলো সহায়-সহযোগিতা আগবঢ়োৱাৰ আশ্বাসো প্ৰদান কৰে।

সেই প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি অনুসৰি আজি মিচিং স্বায়ত্ত শাসিত পৰিষদৰ মুখ্য কাৰ্যবাহী সদস্য শ্ৰী পৰমানন্দ চায়েঙীয়া ডাঙৰীয়াৰ নিৰ্দেশ মৰ্মে CEM Welfare Fund ৰ পৰা ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত পৰিয়ালসমূহক সহায়ৰূপে মুঠ ২০,০০০ টকা কয় প্ৰত্যেকলৈ চেক বিতৰণ কৰা হয়।

সমাজৰ দুখৰ সময়ত একেলগে থিয় দিয়াটো পৰিষদৰ দায়িত্ব। আশা কৰা হৈছে যে এই সামান্য সহায় ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত পৰিয়ালসমূহৰ বাবে কিছু সহায়ক হ’ব আৰু আগন্তুক দিনত তেওঁলোকে পুনৰ নতুনকৈ জীৱন গঢ়ি তুলিবলৈ শক্তি লাভ কৰিব।

পশুপালন আৰু পশু চিকিৎসা বিভাগত ২০২৪-২৫ বিত্তীয় বৰ্ষৰ ৩১ গৰাকী, ২০২৫-২৬ বিত্তীয় বৰ্ষৰ ৯৬ গৰাকী।
মীন পালন বিভাগত ২০২৪-২৫ বিত্তীয় বৰ্ষৰ ৩০৬ গৰাকী, ২০২৫-২৬ বিত্তীয় বৰ্ষৰ ২০০ গৰাকী।
সৰ্বমুঠ ৯৯৭ গৰাকীক প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰ প্ৰদান কৰা হয়।

The Ceremonial Distribution of Certificates to Trainees who successfully completed Skill Development Training under the Livelihood Mission of the Mising Autonomous Council was conducted successfully today at the Rural Livelihood Resource Centre, Gogamukh.

The programme was chaired by the Honourable Chief Executive Councillor, Sri Paramananda Chayengia, in the esteemed presence of the Honourable Chairman, Sri Sunil Kr. Pegu, along with the respected Executive Councillors and General Managers of MAC.

A total of 997 trainees were awarded certificates, marking a significant milestone in the Council’s ongoing commitment towards empowering youth and promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities in the region. The initiative reflects the Council’s dedication to skill enhancement, self-reliance, and socio-economic development of the community.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and stands as a proud moment for all beneficiaries and stakeholders involved.

The Mising Autonomous Council reaffirms its mission to continue working towards capacity building and inclusive growth for a brighter and self-reliant future.

This is to notify all concerned that, as per the approval of the Hon’ble Chief Executive Councillor and the resolution adopted in the 17th Executive Council Meeting, the Ceremonial Distribution of Training Certificates under the Livelihood Mission will be held on 23rd February, 2026 at RLRC Campus, Gogamukh, starting from 10:00 AM onwards.

All beneficiaries are requested to be present at the venue on time to receive their certificates. Further, beneficiaries are advised to carry a valid identity proof for receiving the certificates.

77th Republic Day Celebrated by Mising Autonomous Council at Gogamukh

The 77th Republic Day celebration of the Mising Autonomous Council (MAC) was successfully organised today at the Permanent Secretariat Complex, Sumoni, Gogamukh, Dhemaji, Assam.

The programme began with a Homage to the Martyrs, paid by the Honourable Chief Executive Councillor, Sri Paramananda Chayengia. This was followed by the unfurling of the National Flag and inspection of the march-past contingents by the Honourable Chairman, Sri Sunil Kumar Pegu.

The event was attended by the Honourable Executive Councillors, General Members of the Council, Heads of Institutions, and several distinguished dignitaries.

On this special occasion, individuals and organisations excelling in various fields were felicitated and awarded.
• Cash awards of ₹1,00,000 each were presented to 7 selected individuals and Organisation for Organising Rashleela in Mising Language, and
• ₹50,000 each was awarded to 11 selected personalities.

List of Awardees:
• Sri Hari Prasad Lagachu was awarded ₹1,00,000 for being the first to translate Rasleela into the Mising language and for showcasing it through a live performance.
• Additionally, six socio-cultural organisations were awarded ₹1,00,000 each for organising Rasleela in the Mising language.

Other achievers who were awarded ₹50,000 each for excellence in the fields of sports, farming, arts and crafts include:
Sri Bapukan Payeng, Sri Tukeswar Miri Agarwala, Sri Indra Kumar Pegu, Rani Kaman, Dipak Paw, Jibika Kaman, Tutumani Narah, Hemi Medak, Lihita Pegu, Satyanath Morang, and Dipshika Pegu.

The celebration also witnessed active participation of 792 Students from 15 schools and colleges from the Gogamukh area through various competitions organised as part of the Republic Day programme.

As part of the Dharti Abha Janajatiya Gram Utkarsha Abhiyan and the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, four Mising individuals serving as Adi Karmayogis / Adi Saathis / Adi Sahyogis have been nominated as Special Tribal Guests for the 77th Republic Day Celebration, 2026, to be held at New Delhi.

The nominated individuals are:

2. Mr. Dharmeswar Payeng
3. Mr. Chandra Kanta Pegu
4. Mr. Jayanta Taid

The nominations were made jointly by the Mising Autonomous Council and the District Administration, Dhemaji. The entire journey and participation of the delegates for the programme have been fully sponsored by the Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Assam.

In this connection, officials of the Mising Autonomous Council, namely Sri Jadav Pegu, ACS Principal Secretary; Sri Lakhidhar Doley, Superintendent; and Sri Hemanta Doley, Project Coordinator, successfully saw off the team at 6.00 AM today from the Council Secretariat Campus towards their onward journey from Hollongi Airport, Itanagar, to New Delhi.

Atma Nirbhar Dhemaji 2026 was inaugurated on 9th January 2026 at Kachari Maidam, Dhemaji by Sri Paramananda Chayengia, Honourable Chief Executive Councillor, in the presence of Sri Sunil Kr. Pegu, Chairman, Mising Autonomous Council; Sri Tankeswar Sonowal, Chief Executive Councillor, Sonowal Autonomous Council; and Sri Rahul Suresh Javir, District Commissioner, Dhemaji.

Entrepreneurs from different parts of Dhemaji and Assam are participating in the event, showcasing their locally made products and indigenous designs, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and craftsmanship of the district.

The Atma Nirbhar Dhemaji initiative was planned and executed for the first time under the guidance of the Honourable Minister, Dr. Ranoj Pegu. The initiative has successfully facilitated market linkage for local entrepreneurs, benefiting many by promoting self-reliance and strengthening the local economy.

The Mising Autonomous Council observed a condolence meeting yesterday at the Council’s Secretariat to mourn the untimely demise of Junior Engineer, Late Ashwini Misong.

The condolence was observed in the presence of the Honourable Chairman, MAC, Sri Sunil Kr. Pegu; Executive Councillor Sri Purusuttam Doley; General Member Sri Troilukya Pamegam; Superintendent, MAC, Sri Lakhidhar Doley; Head Assistant Sri Bipin Gam; along with officials and technical staff of the Council.

As a mark of respect to the departed soul, the office of the Mising Autonomous Council was declared a half-holiday thereafter.
