This is Saroo from the move Lion. Who wouldn't have heard about this movie or watched it. It is truly inspiring and motivating. More so, because it has a happy ending. But not every runaway or lost child has happy endings in life. Five Bubbles is a small initiative to help runaway kids. Quality education is every child's right. Just opening schools or having children attend classes without teachers won't help. While government will do what ever it should, I hope, we all step out and do our bit. Making children aware about what the world is, without following text books, is also a good way in making them aware about the world.
Classrooms don't matter, what happens inside them does
Indian government schools fall way short in providing education the right way. It is more on papers than in real life. Good quality education is every child's right. We need to fill that gap wherever we can. Underprivileged children has the right educate, and right to a safer and secure future.
