In view of the above, we will be Postponing our upcoming Women of Influence Award event in Gurgaon.

It gives us immense pleasure to announce Ms. Ashma Khanna, Managing Director at Anammyaa Wellness Pvt. Ltd., as the Achiever of Second Edition of WIA’20. She will be honored with the ‘Women of Influence Award’ on the 15th of March 2020.

Ashma was born with a heart condition having four defects in her heart, spending her entire childhood moving from one hospital to another. She was disallowed to take up science in the 11th grade by her doctors as they believed she could not handle the stress, thereby ending her dream of becoming a doctor and helping others like her. Her limited freedom was further curtailed by the fact that she started developing health complications and was advised by her doctors to either go in for surgery with minimal chances of survival or to slowly get paralyzed and eventually die. Her parents chose to fight on and opted to get her operated in the United States in 1980. And although this surgery was physically and mentally taxing, it gave her new hope. Her hardships made her emotionally and mentally stronger, and she chose to not let her medical disabilities define her and strived to prove herself to the world.
Her medical setbacks forced her to take a different path in order to achieve success in her life, which in turn has given her a diverse background with vast knowledge in several fields of work.

Her background in the corporate world along with her childhood desire to help people with medical ailments helped make her Ayurvedic Center, Ayush Gurgaon, a phenomenal success. Within a span of six months, under the leadership of Ashma, Ayush Gurgaon was declared to be a role model for Ayush Therapy Centers across India by Hindustan Unilever. She has also successfully set up the brand “Anammyaa Wellness, a way to good health,” which is committed to providing quality services in wellness by reviving Ayurveda across India with centers in Gurgaon and more launching pan India.

Ashma has been awarded various excellence awards for her contributions to the world of Ayurveda. She has also done a series of episodes by Care World Channel to promote and connect the current generation with Ayurveda.

She has launched a brand For Your Health wherein 300 outlets would be franchised across India by 2021 selling all Ayurvedic Herbs in its natural form for Medical Diseases, Beauty and Wellness. The vision of the brand is to create a chemical-free world. Ashma is aggressively working on Cancer cure through Ayurveda and is successfully treating across the globe.

It gives us immense pleasure to announce Ms. Kamlesh Rana an Athlete, as the Achiever of Second Edition of WIA’20. She will be honored with the ‘Women of Influence Award’ on the 15th of March 2020.

Kamlesh Rana a 61-year-old strong lady from Haryana. She won Silver medal in 1500 m race in Asian Masters Athletic Championship held at Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)in 2010, Gold Medal in 1500 m race in National veterans Athletic Championship held at Thane in 2008, Silver Medal in 800 m race in National Masters Athletic Championship held at Chennai in 2010 and Gold Medal in 5km Race Walk held at Kanpur (UP) in 2013. She has a keen interest in Cycling & Yoga.

MS. Kamlesh actively participated in NashaMukht Haryana Cycle Yatra covering 22 districts of Haryana. She successfully completed the Yatra cycling 1700 km with fellow cyclists.

With over 5 and a half years of experience, PR for infrastructure and development sector has been Ms Prerna’s core area of expertise. She started her professional journey with realty major DLF as her first client and till date has counseled over 10 real estate brands. She is perhaps the youngest and only communication professional to have counseled 7 metro rail/mass rapid transit projects of the country including Delhi Metro, Lucknow Metro, Kanpur Metro, NCRTC (National Capital Region Transport Corporation), Rapid Metro, Amravati Metro and Hyderabad Metro. Ms Prerna has many firsts to her credit. She drove the media outreach for Delhi Metro's Know Your Metro Campaign, which was DMRC’s first ever outsourced campaign to a PR agency, also led the media outreach for United Nations Convention for Combating Desertification which was held in India for the first time.
