যোৱাকালি অৰ্থাৎ ৪ ডিচেম্বৰ , ২০২৩ খ্ৰী. তাৰিখে কামৰূপ জিলাৰ পৰ্যটনস্থলী ঐতিহ্যমণ্ডিত মদন কামদেৱ দেৱালয় প্ৰাঙ্গনত ওপৰৰ উল্লেখিত অভিযানটো গোটৰ চাৰিগৰাকী স্বেচ্ছাসেৱকে আগতীয়াকৈ দেৱালয় পৰিচালনা সমিতিৰ লগতে পূব কামৰূপ মহাবিদ্যালয় ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় সেৱা আঁচনি গোটৰ আঁচনি বিষয়াৰ অনুমতি লৈ পুৱা ১০ বজাত উপস্থিত হৈ সম্পন্ন কৰে। তেওঁলোকৰ কৰ্মোদ্যম আৰু নিৰ্ভেজাল সমাজহিতৈষী চিন্তাধাৰাৰ শলাগ লোৱাৰ লগতে আটাইৰে সু-স্বাস্থ্য, দীৰ্ঘায়ু আৰু উজ্জ্বল ভৱিষ্যতৰ কামনা কৰিলোঁ।

Theme- “Let’s Communities Lead.”

Today Pub Kamrup College NSS Unit observed the World AIDS
Day covering 4 local schools 2 high schools and 2 Higher Secondary Schools.
The volunteers of the unit who are comparatively free from exam schedule are
entrusted in different schools as resource person through a proper training to
them. The deputed volunteers conducted a Test to know the level of awareness
of the students through a well set Question Paper. The Test covers 169 students
of the age group of 14 to 20 years amongst whom 113 is Girls and 56 is Boys.
After the test and evaluation of the answer scripts it is found that neary 88%
students are found aware about the HIV and AIDS from their Text book, AIDS
Day Celebration. The remaining 12% aware about the AIDS only on today in a
detailed way. After the test the deputed volunteers addresses the students and
delivered speech on HIV and AIDS and appeal them to study about the issues so
that they can save themselves and play a role of motivator for the communities
in coming days.
The principal and headmasters of the respective institutions cooperate with the deputed volunteers and organizes the programme in a nice way. The head of the Institutions and participating students are found to be satisfied on the programme and benefited a lot.
