আজিৰ এই ঘোষণাই বিশ্বব্যাপী ফলৰ মানচিত্ৰত কাজি নেমুক অধিক জিলিকাই তুলিবলৈ সাজু হৈছে, যাৰ ফলত আত্মনিৰ্ভৰশীল আৰু উৎপাদনো অধিক বৃদ্ধি হ'ব।

অসম কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ কৃষি বিজ্ঞানীসকলে দীৰ্ঘদিনীয়া গৱেষণাৰ অন্তত উদ্ভাৱন কৰা তিনিটা উচ্চ উৎপাদনক্ষম শালি ধানৰ জাত- "পাটকাই", "শতাব্দী", "প্ৰচুৰ" আৰু তিনিটা মাহজাতীয় শস্য বিশেষকৈ মটৰমাহৰ জাত "জেউতি", মগুমাহৰ জাত "বুৰৈ" আৰু মাটিমাহৰ জাত "পাভৈ"-এ ভাৰতীয় কৃষি গৱেষণা পৰিষদৰ অন্তৰ্গত কেন্দ্ৰীয় কৃষিজাত অনুমোদন সমিতিৰ অনুমোদন লাভ কৰিছে।
