We are overjoyed to inform you that the 'Photography and Essay writing competition' organised by the core members of the Energy Club for the tenure 2022-23, was a great one. The participants showed great enthusiasm and all of them were quite outstanding. It was quite tough to choose the winners,but anyways the results of the Photography and Essay writing competition are declared.

The winners of the Photography competition are as follows-

1st prize- Subhrajyoti Baruah, Integrated M.Com - Tezpur University

2nd prize- Pranjit Bora, Civil Engineering - AEC 6th sem

3rd prize- Ankur Tai, Chemical Engineering - AEC 4th sem

The winners of the Essay writing competition are as follows -

1st prize - Joysree Bishwakarma, 6th semester - Nagaon college.

2nd prize- Tania Hassan Choudhury, 2nd Semester - Civil Engineering,Assam Engineering College

3rd prize - Angshuman Hazarika, 6th Semester - Instrumentation Engineering,Assam Engineering College.

Overall it was a wholesome experience for all the participants as well as for all the core members. Keeping all these in mind,we are determined to give our best and we will ensure that the forthcoming events of the club will be more appealing and energetic.

The Energy Club of AEC is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for all of you. We have organized a visit to the renowned Guwahati Biotech Park, Amingaon on the 20th of May where you'll get a chance to explore the cutting-edge technologies and innovations in the field of biotechnology. Bus will be provided for the field visit. Due to limited availability of seats, only a maximum of 40 students will be able to join us on this visit. Therefore, it will be on a "first come, first serve" basis. Lunch will be provided to all the attendees. Everyone’s participation is encouraged.

With great delight and enthusiasm we The Energy Club, AEC would like to announce that on the occasion of earth day, we are conducting an online Essay Writing competition and Photography competition on the occasion of Earth Day.

Rules for the Essay Writing competition:
• Competition is open from classes 9 to IG level.
• Essays can be written in both Assamese and English.
• Essays should be in a word/docs file.
• Word limit is 400 approx.
• Send your essays to our official mail ([email protected]) before due date along with identity proof.
• Cash prizes worth 1500 for the winners.
• All the winners will be awarded with E-certificates and they’ll be featured in our social media handles.
• Top three articles will be published in our newsletter ‘ ENERGETTE’
• All the participants will get participation certificates.

We are enlighted to announce that as a part of the induction program,2022 The Energy Club,AEC will be organising a poster making competition followed by a tree plantation drive in the AEC campus namely *'Energex'* for the batch of 2022-26.
The competition will be held on the 29th of october from 3 pm to 5 pm. The topic of the competition will be energy related which will be announced on the venue itself. Maximum of 3 participants are allowed in a group,solo participation is also welcome.
Certificates and refreshments will be provided to all the participants.
