Special Observer Sri Manjit Singh, IAS (Retd.), along with Sri Anurag Gole, IAS, Chief Electoral Officer, Assam, visited the Counting Centre for all five LACs of Kamrup Metro District at Maniram Dewan Trade Centre, Betkuchi, today and reviewed the preparedness and arrangements.

To familiarize the Presiding Officers and First Polling Officers with the EVM and VVPAT, a mock drill was conducted as per the directives of the Election Commission of India.

The session witnessed active participation and hands-on learning, enhancing confidence and preparedness for the upcoming poll process.

২৩ মাৰ্চ, ২০২৬ সোমবাৰে বিধানসভা নিৰ্বাচনৰ বাবে মনোনয়ন দাখিলৰ অন্তিম দিন ধাৰ্য কৰা হেতুকে উক্ত দিনত কামৰূপ মহানগৰ জিলা আয়ুক্তৰ কাৰ্যালয়লৈ যোৱা হেঙেৰাবাৰী পথত বৃহৎ জনসমাগম তথা যানজঁটৰ সম্ভাৱনাৰ প্ৰতি লক্ষ্য ৰাখি কামৰূপ মহানগৰ জিলা দণ্ডাধীশে ভাৰতীয় নাগৰিক সুৰক্ষা সংহিতা, ২০২৩ (BNSS)-ৰ ধাৰা ১৬৩ অনুসৰি তলত উল্লেখ কৰা নিৰ্দেশনাসমূহ জাৰি কৰিছে ।

১) গণেশগুৰি উৰণীয়া সেতুৰ তলৰ পৰা গণেশগুৰি–হেঙেৰাবাৰী পথত কোনো ৰেলী বা শোভাযাত্ৰা বা ৰেলীৰ অনুমতি দিয়া নহ’ব। যাতে জিলা আয়ুক্তৰ কাৰ্যালয়লৈ যোৱা হেঙেৰবাৰী পথত যানবাহন চলাচত অসুবিধাৰ সৃষ্টি নহয়।
২) এই নিৰ্দেশ বলৱৎ থকা সময়ছোৱাত কামৰূপ মহানগৰ জিলা আয়ুক্তৰ কাৰ্যালয় চৌহদ তথা ইয়াৰ আশে-পাশে জন সমাগম কঠোৰভাৱে নিষিদ্ধ কৰা হৈছে।
৩) ভাৰতৰ নিৰ্বাচন আয়োগৰ নিৰ্দেশনা অনুসৰি কেৱল মনোনয়ন প্ৰক্ৰিয়াত জড়িত ব্যক্তিসকলকহে জিলা আয়ুক্তৰ কাৰ্যালয়ত প্ৰবেশৰ অনুমতি দিয়া হ'ব।
