📢 URGENT NOTICE – VOTER ENROLMENT

49-LEGSHP GPU

All individuals who have attained 18 years of age or above but have not yet enrolled in the Electoral Roll are hereby requested to visit GPK Bhawan for the voter enrolment process.

📅 Date: 11th October 2026 (Sunday)
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM
📍 Venue: GPK Bhawan

📄 Documents Required:

1. Photocopy of Father’s Voter ID Card
2. Applicant’s Aadhaar Card
3. Applicant’s Voter ID Card, if already issued
4. One recent passport-size photograph

👉 All eligible individuals are requested to be present at the specified date and time with the required documents.

Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Programme – 49 Legship GPU

On 6th October 2026, 49 Legship GPU organised a programme at NHPC Market in the presence of the Panchayat President, Panchayat Members, GPU staff, Hingdam Police In-charge, shop owners and other stakeholders.

During the programme, all shop owners were appointed as Committee Members to promote cleanliness and sustainable development in the market. Shri Sandeep Rai (Sir), Teacher, Dhargoan Primary School, was appointed as the Committee President.

A cleanliness drive was also conducted in and around the NHPC Market with the active participation of all stakeholders. It was also decided that a fine of ₹5,000/- will be imposed on any person found throwing plastic or other waste in the market area, as part of the efforts to maintain cleanliness and proper waste management.

49-Legship GPU organised a programme at GPK Bhawan to provide financial support to married women and organic growers.

The programme was held in the presence of the Panchayat President, Panchayat Members, GPK staff and the general public, supporting women’s empowerment and promoting organic farming. 🤝🌿

On 21st September 2026, 49-Legship GPU organised an Anaemia & Health Awareness Programme with the participation of Panchayat representatives, GPK and school staff, NHPC doctors & staff, students and the general public.

Nail cutters, soaps and masks were distributed to students of Hingdam JHS and Dhargoan Primary School, along with sanitary napkins to the public.

A meaningful initiative towards health, hygiene and community awareness. 🧼❤️
