A first of Its Kind Private Library In Uttrakhand. City Library Haldwani is an initiative by Arjun Bisht Sathi Foundation.

The Library is an arena of possibility, opening both windows into the soul and a door onto the world. A library is a collection of materials, books, or media that are easily accessible for use and not just for display purposes. It is responsible for housing updated information in order to meet the user's needs on a daily basis.
