Those are Crimson-winged Woodpeckers — Picus puniceus.

Wallcreeper Tichodroma muraria - Lives in mountain areas across Eurasia. Grey body with stunning crimson wings that flash when it flies. But it has short legs, no red on the head, and a different beak.

Crimson Finch Neochmia phaeton - Found in northern Australia. Mostly deep red/crimson with some grey, but the body isn’t this uniformly grey.
