As part of the state-wide bandh called by Left-wing student organizations for the 10th, the AISF Hyderabad district unit unveiled wall posters.

AISF student union leaders have besieged the Higher Education Council office in HYD Masab Tank, demanding an end to fee extortion in private engineering colleges. They demanded that B-category seats be filled through counselling only and that colleges involved in selling management quota seats be blacklisted. They also demanded that private engineering colleges that do not meet educational standards be seized.
