Missing Mobile has been traced out and handed over to complainant

Good work was done in tracing the eight-year-old girl and apprehending the auto driver within a short time in Crime No. 96/2026 of Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad. In recognition of their prompt action and dedication, they were felicitated and rewarded by the superior officers.

In a swift and efficient response, a missing vehicle and mobile phone reported by a complainant were successfully traced within just 1 hour. Thanks to the prompt action and coordinated efforts, both the vehicle and mobile phone were safely recovered and handed over to the complainant.
This reflects our commitment towards public service and ensuring the safety of citizens’ property.

In view of implementation of victim-centric approach by the Police Senior Officers, Today i.e., on 11-02-2026 Sri. K. Parashuram, Inspector of Police, Abid Road along with staff visited the scene of offence regarding chain snatching and obtained complaint from the victim and issue FIR in Crime No.42/2026 under Section 304 BNS of PS Abid Road at victim’s residence. A copy of the FIR has been handed over to her.
