1986 వినియోగదారుల రక్షణచట్టం గురుంచి ప్రజలకు తెలియజేసి వారికి అవగాహన కల్పించి ఆ చట్టం మనకు కల్పించిన హక్కులను సాధించుకునేలా చేయడమనేది మన కమిటీ సభ్యుల ఆశయం. ఈ ఆశయ సాధన చాలా కష్టమే, కానీ మానవుడు తలచుకుంటే సాధించలేనిది ఏదిలేదు.
