Crime Detection & Arrest
On 04-08-2025, the Crime Team of PS Bahadurpura successfully apprehended two mobile snatching offenders who were involved in a case of snatching at Bahadurpura X Road. The case was registered under Cr. No. 198/2025 U/s 304 r/w 3(5) of BNS, dated 03-07-2025, at PS Bahadurpura.
Based on credible information and diligent follow-up, the accused persons were identified and apprehended, and the stolen property was recovered.

Modus Operandi:
The accused persons are residents of Laxmiguda, Mailardevpally, Ranga Reddy District, and work as daily wage labourers. Accused Mohd Khaja is a habitual offender, previously involved in two-wheeler thefts. Both A1 and A2 were also involved in a ganja-related case at Mailardevpally PS.
On the night of 02-07-2025 at around 2300 hours, while the complainant was using his mobile phone near a tea stall beside Fiza Hotel, the accused came from behind on a two-wheeler, snatched the mobile from his hand, and fled the scene towards Zoo Park.

Recognizing the gravity of the offence, SHO PS Bahadurpura formed a dedicated team that worked tirelessly to crack the case. The following officers played a vital role: DI G. Balakrishna Goud, SI K. Prashanth, K. Satish Lal Yadav,Farooq Ahmed
Under the supervision of Sri M.A. Javeed, ACP, Falaknuma Division, the team conducted thorough technical analysis and field enquiries, leading to the apprehension of both accused and recovery of the stolen mobile phone.

𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱/𝗨𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗦.

On credible information, on 15.04.2025, the sleuths of Rein Bazar Police apprehended (08) near Yadagir theatre, Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad accused persons namely viz., A-1: Mohammed Pasha Jeelani @ Sher, A-2: Mohd Omer khan, A-3: Mohammed Arif Khan @ Khan, A-4: Mohammed Ghouse Uddin @ Sajji, A-5: Mohammed Tabrez @ Tabbu, A-6: Syed Ibrahim, A-7: Syed Basheer @ Basheer Khan, A-8: Mohammed Abubakar @ Abbu who have stabbed with knives and murdered one Mohammed Mashiuddin @ Masi Rowdy sheeter of Falaknuma P.S. and killed him on the spot due to previous enmity with him. Police seized four knives used in commission offence from Bada Khabarstan, Dabeerpura, Hyderabad. Also seized four bikes used in commission of offence.

A-2: Mohd Omer khan S/o Mohd Chand Khan, Age: 29 yrs, occ: Fruit stall, R/o Backside Peer Pasha Masjid, Dabeerpura Darwaja, Hyderabad.

A-3: Mohammed Arif Khan @ Khan S/o Late. Mohd Chand Khan, age.40 yrs, Occ: Business (Mobile pouches and Googols Business), R/o Near Munna bhai pan shop, Opp Kamlewali Sha Dargha, Dabeerpura, Hyderabad.

A-4: Mohammed Ghouse Uddin @ Sajji S/o Mohammed Rafi Uddin, age.36 yrs, Occ: Business (Real Estate), R/o Farath Nagar, Dabeerpura, Hyderabad.

A-5: Mohammed Tabrez @ Tabbu S/o Late. Mohammed Siraj, age.29 yrs, Occ: Travels Business (Tabrez Travels), R/o. Near Bawarchi Hotel, Aman Nagar B, Talabkatta, Hyderabad.

A-6: Syed Ibrahim S/o Syed Osman, Age: 36 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o Dabeerpura, Komatvadi.

A-7: Syed Basheer @ Basheer Khan S/o Syed Gulab, age.40 yrs, Occ: Roadside Footwear Business, R/o Road No.2, Talabkatta, Bahavani Nagar, Hyderabad.

A-8: Mohammed Abubakar @ Abbu S/o Mohammed Abdul Sattar, age.28 yrs, Occ: Business (Mobile Repair), R/o Opp Charminar Nursery, Talab Chanchalam, Talabkatta, Hyderabad.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱:-

The deceased Mohammed Masiuddin S/o Mohd. Gayas Mohiuddin, age: 27, R/o Fatima Nagar, Falaknuma, Hyderabad is a Rowdy Sheeter of Falaknuma PS, Hyderabad, Commissionerate. He involved in several criminal cases and he popularly called as “Masi Don”. In the year of 2017 a Rowdy Sheet was opened and in the year of 2020, he was detained under PD Act by Rein Bazar police. In the year of 2023 the Rowdy sheet was transferred to Falaknuma PS on point of jurisdiction and the same has been maintaining. He is running salon at Puranapool and having Mahindra Thar vehicle.

𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀:-

The A-1 is the closest family friend of A-2, A-3. A-2 & A-3 are brothers A-4, A-7, A-8 are the friends of A-1. A-5 is the friend of A-4. A-6 is the friend of A-3.

In the year of 2024 the A-1 involved in bodily offence case of PS Rein Bazar. A-5 involved in Attempt to Murder case at Domalguda Police Station., in the year 2024 A-6 is involved in a murder case at Chaderghat Police and Rowdy sheet is being maintained against him. A-1 is common friend to all.

𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 & 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗦 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗗𝗡𝗗𝗜:

During the holy month of Ramzan 2025, A-2 Omer was selling watermelon at Dabeerpura Darwaza. On 23.03.2025 on Ramzan Day Masi approached A-2 and demanded money Rs: 20,000/- to do watermelon business at this place and said “MEIN DON HOON, MEIN ROWDY SHEETER HOON, MEREKO DENA PADTA”. A-2 denied giving the money by saying “BADE BADE BAATA NAHIN KARNA” and A-2 sent him away. Same day after sometime on 23.4.2025 at about 6.20 pm he picked up quarrel said “TUM LOG KARBHUJE KATORE, MEIN TUMARE SIR KHATUNGA”. After hearing those words, A-2 questioned the deceased and heated argument took place between them, deceased took A-2 on his Activa vehicle near to Dabeerpura flyover to beat him and both were fighting. Same time A-1, A-3 went to Dabeerpura flyover to sort out the issue. A-1 slapped A-2 and deceased and warned not to fight and compromised with A.2 Omer who is close friend of A.1 Pasha Jeelani and A.3 Arif Khan brought A.1 and A.1 counselled Masi not to quarrel on Ramzan day and separated them. Masi once again threatened Omer saying “TEREKO RAMZAN KE BAAD DHEKLETUM”. The same day night at New Ali café, locality elders came to compromise the matter between them. As matter was going very seriously, A.1 and A.2 saw threat to the life of A.2 from deceased Masi who is an active rowdy sheeter and overawe the public and extort money from them and public fear to complain against him. Therefore, A.1 along with Omer, Arif Khan gathered support of A.4 Tabrez, A.5 Ibrahim, A.6 Shajji, A.7 Basheer and A.8 Abbu and three days prior to the offence criminally conspired to kill Masi at right time and prepared themselves armed with knives to kill him and maintaining surveillance. Further, on following day A-1, A-2, A-3 A-4 come to know from locality persons that deceased took oath in Yaseenjung Masjid, Dabeerpura that next day after Ramzan deceased will kill the A-1, A-2. Further, Masi approached A.4 the day after Ramzan and mentioned that “THU MOHD PASHA JEELANI KE SAATH PIRTHANA, TEREKO AUR MOHD PASHA JEELANI KO DHONO KO MAAR DHETUM”.

Three days ago, A-1 to A-8 discussed about the Masiuddin issue, and how to face him. A-2 said, either we eliminat3e him otherwise he eliminates us. Thus, a criminal conspiracy with common intention formed to Eliminate Masi to avoid further trouble from him to Omer and Tabrez. A.1 to A.4 armed themselves to kill Masi who marriage is scheduled to take place on 19.4.2025 and his plan was to kill Omer after that marriage. Therefore, before Masi could get married, he must be eliminated by all of them. A steady surveillance was maintained for three days as he frequents Dabeepura in his Mahindra Thar SUV.

As per their plan on 13.04.2025 at 11.00 PM A-1 to A-8 all gathered at Dabeerpura flyover and went to Shajji house at Farhath Nagar and were waiting for Masiuddin to come towards Dabeerpura bridge till 11.30 PM. But deceased did not come. Then except A-2, all are went to A-3’s house situated near Dabeerpura to have dinner, while having dinner, A-2 made a phone call to A-3 and informed that deceased was available beside the Deluxe Medical shop. Then they all went to Deluxe Medical and found deceased standing beside Deluxe Medical Shop, Immediately all start attacking him, A-3 to A-6, attacked with knives. A-3 stabbed at left side ribs and back side of body. A-4 stabbed 3 to 4 times above right side ribs and on neck. A-5 stabbed on neck and face. A-6 stabbed backside of body and face. A-1 hold the deceased from backside, A-2, A-7 & A-8 beaten with hands and legs. Due to that attack, deceased went into unconscious state with pool of blood.

𝗦𝗘𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗬 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗛 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘:

1) Four Knives,
2) Two Honda Activa Motor Cycles,
3) One Burgman Motor Cycle
4) Passion Plus bike
5) Five Cell Phones

On receipt of credible information i.e. on 15.04.2025 the Rein Bazar Police apprehended (08) accused in Cr.No.63/2025 U/s 109r/w 3(5) BNS of PS Rein Bazar and being produced before the Hon’ble court.

The above arrest was made under the supervision of Sri. N.N.S.V. Venkateshwara Rao, Asst Commissioner of Police, Mirchowk Division, by Sri. L.Ramesh Naik, Inspector of Police, Sri. V.Madan Lal, Addl Inspector of Police of PS Rein Bazar and SIs S/Sri Sk. Nasrin Begum, B.Narasimha, K.Pavan Kumar and Staff of Rein Bazar PS.

A video went viral in social media that some persons were travelling in an open top Jeep in rash and negligently by showing a fire arm and they were creating public nuisance thereby terrifying the public near Sarvi hotel at Road No. 1, Banjara Hills. Based on these contents a case has been registered in Banjara Hills PS.

Immediately, apprehended the accused by name Afeezuddin, Age: 21 years, Resident of Sanath Nagar, along with the Jeep Driver and seized the and fire arm (air rifle ) which are involved in the crime.

The accused is a videographer by profession and he uses the air rifle in creating reels on social media. He used the same air rifle and created a reel showing he is traveling in an open top jeep on road no 1 in the night and the air rifle in his hand which is against to the law and attracts arms act.
