On the eve of New year 2024. Let me take this oppurtunity to thank each one of you for your contributions in our lives and to close the Year as one of the most successful years.

As a Business of Physical contracting services in the space of fire & Security, it wasn't easy for us to face the challenges Covid posed on us, lock downs, and increase in Material prices where our clients did not had the price escalation clauses on our contracts, delayed project timelines etc.

Inspite of all the challenges we as a team have gone through the difficult times and ensure each and every project is delivered irrespective of the financial viability of those projects. Today when we look back the years of 2020 until 2023, we have grown as team from our strengths and overcome lot of gaps in our business and in our mindset.

We realized its important to be as strong organization to add value to our clients, during this process we have learned our profound lesson that not everyone can be our customers, that was such a big relief to our business that we don't need to worry about what others perceive about us rather focus on whom we want to serve and add immense value to them who appreciates our work and value addition we bring to them.

During these years the amount of support extended by some of our clients, and the whole team members at Infiniti and the extended support that we received from our vendor partners and contracting partners are immense and in valuable, our success of 2023 is best owed to our team and vendor partners.

Year 2023 has been great year in the direction stability for us and foundation for aspirational growth in the years to come for us, We had great business growth with good team and new segments of business. We had great OEM relationships and they have contributed immensely to our business growth and in return we have supported their growth in this market.

As we windup the year 2023 and enter in to the New year 2024 we are confident that we will touch more lives with our passionate work and create a WIN-WIN- WIN opportunities to our clients, ourselves and to our vendor partners.
