Our Clients under this Trademark through its various dealers and distributors in India is extensively and continuously using the above Marks by supplying publications and books in the country since more than 2010. Notice is hereby given that; our clients claims all the rights to the above trade marks in respect of the services mentioned above.

We hereby caution that any unscrupulous persons/entities/companies etc., who may be found to be selling, distributing books or publications by using, imitating, modifying, publishing or transmitting the aforementioned trademark to pass off or infringe their services by using our client trademark/s or any other trade mark/s which is similar, and / or deceptively similar and/or confusingly similar or misleading to that of our Clients mark, our client shall be legally proceeded with (Civil and Criminal) cases.
