The 80th Independence Day was celebrated at Tilak Global School with immense patriotism, pride and respect for our nation. The celebration began with the unfurling of our pride—the Indian Tricolour—by our respected Director Ma’am, followed by the National Anthem.
The programme came alive with patriotic dances, melodious songs and inspiring skits portraying the valour and sacrifices of our great freedom fighters. The performances beautifully reflected the students’ love and respect for the nation.
The Principal of the school addressed the students and encouraged them to understand their responsibility as young citizens, inspiring them to contribute towards making India more progressive, stronger and better.
The celebration also included a felicitation ceremony for the position holders of the Junior Exhibition, where the deserving students were honoured with medals and books for their remarkable efforts and achievements.
The celebration concluded with a renewed sense of patriotism, responsibility and pride in our nation. 🇮🇳

In a remarkable initiative to instill patriotism, discipline, and leadership among young learners, 41 students of Tilak Global School visited an Army Regiment on an educational tour.
The visit offered students a unique opportunity to witness the life of Indian Army personnel firsthand. They learned about the discipline, dedication, courage, and selfless service of our brave soldiers through informative sessions, demonstrations, and interactions with Army officials. The experience inspired students to appreciate the sacrifices made by the Armed Forces in safeguarding the nation.
The school expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the entire Army team for their warm hospitality and valuable guidance. A special note of thanks is extended to the respected Commanding Officer Sir for his kind cooperation, inspiring leadership, and motivation to the young generation. His encouragement made the visit truly meaningful and memorable.

Friday Fun Activity: Plantation Drive at Tilak Global School
As part of the Friday Fun Activity, Tilak Global School organised a Plantation Drive to sensitize students about environmental conservation and the importance of plants in our lives.
The day began with an engaging session for our tiny tots, where they were introduced to the environment, the significance of trees, and simple ways to grow and nurture plants. Through fun and interactive activities, the young learners developed an early appreciation for nature.
For students of Classes III to V, a hands-on learning session was conducted on seed germination, plant growth, plant care, and the vital role of plants in maintaining ecological balance. As a part of Kaushal Bodh (Skill-Based Learning), students learned through practical experiences, making the concepts more meaningful and enjoyable.
The activity inspired students to become responsible citizens who care for the environment and encouraged them to spread the message of protecting nature within their families and the wider community.
