Unveiling a Legal Odyssey: Embracing Excellence in Advocacy. Welcome to the Inaugural Shri NJ Yashasvi 2nd National Moot Court Competition, where legal brilliance meets its highest echelon.

The Centre for Public Law and Policy organised Debate Competition and Essay Writing Competition to Commemorate 50 Years of Kesavananda Bharati's Judgement on April 19, 2023.
The winner of the debate competition (category - final year) is Ms. Muskan Mittal and the runner up is Ms. Nishantika Sood. The winner for the same (category- general i.e. except 5th year) is Mr. Anurag Jain (2nd semester).
The winner of the Essay competition is Raghav Bharadwaj (4th semester) and runner up is Kunika Rawlani (4th semester). All the achievers were felicitated by Hon'ble President Sir, Prof. Dr. H.P. Singh, VSM.

All the students of ICFAI Law School, Jaipur are invited to participate in the event and put forward their valuable ideas among the community on 19th April, 2023. Please note that a student can participate in only one of the events. Winners and Runner Up shall be awarded with trophies and certificates.

The Centre is headed by Mr. Hitesh Manglani, Assistant Professor, with member faculties Mr. Nehru, Assistant Professor and Mr. Ashish Acharya, Assistant Professor ICFAI Law School. The Student Coordinator assisting the Centre are Ms. Muskan Mittal and Mr. Kanak Sharma respectively.

functioning shall seek to achievethe following objectives:
1. To motivate young learners toundertake advanced research on the contemporary issues of PublicLaws;
2. To facilitate the researcherswith available resources, expertise and technology;
3. To develop and updateknowledge bank/ database onspecific aspects of Public Law andPolicy;
4. To undertake the continuingresearch projects (self/aided).

ICFAI Law School, ICFAI University Jaipur, inaugurated Centre for public law and policy with the prime objective to impart research-based education. The centre aims to carry out research onvarious problems revolving around legislating,implementation and interpretation of public law in our country as well as around the world.
