📢 BIG UPDATE | TSK EMPLOYEES’ UNION

The concerns and voices of 4,000 employees of Tata Steel Kalinganagar deserve to be heard.

Our Union President, Shri Manoj Kumar Samal Ji, met the Hon’ble Labour Minister of Odisha to share employees’ concerns and request the earliest possible conduct of Union elections so that the pending final wage revision process can be completed with the new recognised Union.

We are committed to our responsibility. We continue to make sincere efforts, raise employees’ concerns at the appropriate levels, and work towards protecting their interests.

We are always there for every employee. We are committed to your concerns, and we will continue our efforts.

4000 Employees. One Stand. One Voice. 🔥

From Court Chowk, Dhabalagiri to the JLC Office — around 400 Tata Steel Kalinganagar employees walked together for one thing: Wage Revision pending since January 2026.

No noise. No drama. Just unity.

Led by TSK Employees’ Union President Sri Manoj Kumar Samal and his team, the rally was a clear message: employees’ concerns come first.

And the biggest takeaway?
The employees showed up. They stood together. They showed their trust in TSK Employees’ Union and Sri Manoj Kumar Samal.

Respect to the leadership that stands with employees when it matters.

This wasn’t just a rally.
