Before 2022 wraps up in the next 168 hours, we at Alumni Association, HBTI in collaboration with Cultural Sub-Council and powered by Literary Sub-Council , invite you all to join us for an open mic on Christmas Evening 24th December,BE-FT Lawn, for an evening that will surely get you into next year's groove.
While most of you might have already assembled your ‘2022 Memories ‘ highlight, it would not hurt to add a few more to the bunch and make some last-minute edits, would it?
So ladies and gentlemen, mark your dates, choose your outfits, empty some storage space on your device to avoid warnings at the last minute, and join us in this celebration of the year under the luminescence of golden Christmas lights. Just think of the fun things you could do. You surely won’t want to miss this one cause its gonna be lit!

Success is a mixture of having a flair for the thing that you are doing ; knowing that it is not enough, that you have got to do hardwork and have a certain sense of purpose.

We are extremely elated to inform that our 2009 Computer Science and Engineering B. Tech batch alumnus - Ms. Swapnil Gupta Ma'am has joined Tesla as a product manager in its headquarters in Fermont, California, United States. She has previously worked as a product manager at the startup Chexology and at the Hewlett Packard enterprise.

The Alumni Student Connect Program Commitee is revered to bestow Ms. Swapnil Gupta Ma'am for her noteworthy procurement.

We are apprised of the fact that she will keep conquering mountains of success and also keep inspiring the youth to never be afraid of choosing what is right for them.

We all know how our beloved college has housed and witnessed the building of a number of legends in various disciplines and we take a lot of pride in this history. Well what's better than just taking pride into it.....yes you got that right , taking actual inspiration from them and being a part of that elite alumni list some day as well. Ok...so you thought this is just it....well you are wrong in guessing that... because we bring to you *AARAMBH* , the massive event,to bring about an enterprenurial drive throughout the campus to effectuate fresh, original and futuristic ideas and abstractions with the technical expertise of our deemed alumni.

Let this be the *AARAMBH* of an enterprenurial drive within our university along with a dive into *NOSTALGIA* as our alumni congregate at their alma mater and grace both these events with their esteemed presence.

We are extremely elated to inform that our 1980 Biochemical Engineering B.Tech batch alumnus - Dr. Nasib Qureshi sir has been ranked amongst the top 2% scientists in the World. He is an Editor in-Chief of World J Microbiology and Biotechnology, and a Fellow in American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), Society for Industral Microbiology and Biotechnology (SIMB), American Institute of Chemists (AIC) and was nominated for fellow in American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE). He is an expert in Butanol (a renewable biofuel) fermentation recovery and process economics.

The Alumni Student Connect Program Commitee is highly honoured to confer Dr. Nasib Qureshi Sir for his pivotal and magnimous attainment.

We are ascertained with the fact that he will continue moving mountains in his field and will keep making not only our prestigious institute but his country proud as well.

The esteemed alumni of our university , Harcourt Butler Technical University , Mrs. Neelima Aaga (1976 B. Tech Electrical Engineering) has come forth for providing incentive cheques and felicitation certificates to meritorious students of the current semester . The certificates and the incentive cheques have been provided under Mr. Rajiv Aaga Memorial Education and Charitable Trust on 17 october 2022, in the auspicious presence of Vice Chancellor, Professor Samsher, Planning and Research Analysis, Professor Raghuraj Singh and Alumni Office in - charge Mr. Pawan Kumar Sahu.

Mrs. Neelima Aaga has previously worked diligently for the construction of "Rajiv Aaga Memorial Conference Room" and has also helped in providing necessary amenities like projectors, furniture for the college students.

It is rightfully said
"Opening your mind to the limitless universe will open the floodgates of miracles having your name written on them".

We often confine ourselves to the environment that we are accustomed to, but when one comes out of their shell and leaps forth into the infinite possibilities of the world, that is the time when we summon the ocean of opportunities for us. Here at college we are divided by various branches, titles and domains but what brings us together is the one title that we all have in common, that is being a "Harcourtian". This title is the one that has kept our alumni together even when they are far apart in their own worlds.

A small demonstration of this was seen in the HBTU Alumni Bangalore meet, where all our alumnus who have been creating newer paths of success in their own field, came together to not only have a meet and greet but also to relive the essence of their college lives. We had the privilege of having the honourable VC Prof. Samsher and a wonderful addressing session by Mr. Dinesh Batra sir as well. To sum it all, it was indeed an honour for all of us to experience the wisdom and the charm of our esteemed alumnus.

What comes in your mind when you hear about Cultural events?
Dance? Drama? Music?

Don't worry, ASCPC has planned all of it.
We,at Alumni Association HBTI , ASCPC, are coming up with overwhelming cultural events in the Alumni Meet this year as well.

This is extremely gratifying and stem- winding to be informed that our 1983 mechanical engineering batch alumnus - Mr. Dinesh Kumar Batra sir, has been awarded the prestigious,
"The Innovative CFO Award" at the second edition of business leadership awards.

The Alumni Student Connect Program Committee is honored to extoll Mr. Dinesh Kumar Batra for his distinguished achievment.

We are conversant with the fact that he will keep performing ethereal wonders in the field, and wish him the warmest regards for all his future endeavours.
