The sad news of the demise of the revered father of Honâble Dr. Tuliram Ronghang, Chief Executive Member of the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and MLA of Rongkhang Constituency, has deeply saddened me.
A retired teacher, he was much more than a beacon of knowledge and wisdom. He was a true embodiment of simplicity, humility, strength, compassion, and grace. Despite seeing his son rise to a distinguished position in public life, he remained a humble and unassuming soul, always carrying himself with dignity and warmth.
His gentle nature, gracious conduct, and the values he upheld throughout his life will remain an enduring inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His passing is an irreparable loss to his family, his loved ones, and everyone whose lives he touched.
At this profoundly painful hour, I pray to the Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give the bereaved family the strength, courage, and fortitude to endure this immeasurable loss.
