সময়কাল: 12 মাস

উপবৃত্তি: 5000/- (প্রতি মাসে) + এককালীন অনুদান 6000/-।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ম্যাট্রিক, এইচএস পাস, স্নাতক, আইটিআই পাস, ডিপ্লোমা (পলিটেকনিক থেকে)।

বয়সসীমা: 21-24

রেজিস্ট্রেশনের শেষ তারিখ: 12ই মার্চ 2025।

A Career Counselling Programme was conducted by District Employment Exchange Karimganj on 12 November 2024 in the District Library Auditorium of Karimganj town.

The programme was attended by more than 500 students, teachers, professors from 14 different schools, colleges and other educational institutions from various parts of the district.

The programme had four sessions which were conducted by five following experts and resource persons:

1. Entrepreneurship Development: By Shri Hrishiraj Bhattacharjee, Masters from Kings College London. Founder CEO of TK Pvt Ltd.

2. Selection of Right Career Choice: by Shri Kallol Sarma. Professional Career Counsellor and Coach.

3. Career Opportunities in Indian Air Force, especially under Agniveer Vayu Intake Programme: By Corporal Mukut Deori & Sergeant Vivek of Indian Air Force.

4. Relevance of Skill Based Education & courses offered by newly established Assam Skill University: By Shri Samujjal Das, Employment Officer (i/c), Karimganj.

Internship Opportunities under PMIS (Prime Minister's Internship Scheme)

1.27 lakh (3523 in Assam) are available across 25 sectors in India's top 500 companies under the PM Internship Scheme.

Registration is ongoing for Internship under PM Internship Scheme, 2024-25.

Interested candidates are requested to register their name through website www.pminternship.mca.gov.in and apply for the internships available in Karimganj and other places across the state and country.

Duration: 12 months
Stipend: 5000/- (per month) + one-time grant of 6000/- for incidental.
Educational Qualification: Matric, HS Passed, Graduate, ITI passed, Diploma (from Polytechnic).
Age limit: 21- 24

Last date of registration: 10th November 2024.

District Employment Exchange Karimganj in collaboration with Indian Air Force, today conducted Career Guidance cm Awareness Programme on career opportunities in Indian Air Force, with special focus on Agnipath Scheme, at Karimganj Senior Secondary School of Science and Kendriya Vidyalaya, Karimganj.

The sessions were conducted by Sgt. Nitesh Kumar & Cpl. Mukut Deori from the 11 Airman Selection Centre, Indian Air Force (IAF), Borjhar, Guwahati and Sri Samujjal Das, Employment Officer (i/c).

We have successfully mobilised 30 candidates belonging to SC community from Karimganj district who have enrolled in various courses under PM AJAY Schemes. Free of cost skill training along with free accommodation will be provided in North East Skill Centre, Guwahati. Today the District Program Manager (Skill) has accompanied the candidates to Guwahati and got their admission done in NESC.

Previously the District Employment Exchange Karimganj conducted an awareness cm counselling session for mobilisation and enrollment of SC candidates from Karimganj district in the mentioned courses under PM AJAY.

The District Employment Exchange Kairmganj today organised a Career Guidance cm Counselling Session for the candidates belonging to SC community from Karimganj district, encouraging enrollment for various Skill Training courses to be offered at North East Skill Centre, Guwahati, especially those under PM-AJAY scheme. The event was held at the premises of Saraswati Vidya Niketan School, Karimganj.

The event was also attended by DPM (Skill) Shri Imdadul Barbhuiya and Chairman of SC Welfare Development Board, Sri Krishna Das.
