As I attend the gala event organised by team Small Finance Bank – “Legends of ESAF, 2024”, both the pillars of our Microfinance project’s success : our Sampurna Parivar members and the members of ESAF whom we can call our extended family make me feel overwhelmed with joy and pride. Once a prejudiced concept of Business Correspondence, is now a successful model in the microfinance industry and we are happy that we believed in ESAF to be our first partner in this journey. Year-long hardwork, dedication, commitment all felt recognised and appreciated as our frontliners received their well-deserved rewards from the organisers. My appreciation and acknowledgement to all those who made this dream turn into reality knows no bound. More power to our warriors!

Despite the intense heat, I am filled with immense joy to see my team steadfastly upholding the deep-rooted values of Sampurna. We firmly believe that providing access to finance, along with the right skills training, is the cornerstone of development.

It was an enriching experience to interact with the students, hearing their aspirations and understanding the challenges faced by rural youth, particularly women.
