The Left Alliance [AISA-D.S.F(Arts)-RSF] unequivocally stands for the complete scrapping of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Act, 2026, which removes the previously recognised right to self-identification of gender and replaces it with a certification process under bureaucratic and medical scrutiny. This erodes the autonomy and dignity of transgender persons while enabling increased state control, surveillance, and harassment of both the community and those who stand in solidarity with them.

For the ICC (Internal Complaints Committee) we demand that the grievance redressal mechanism explicitly recognise and accept complaints from q***r and transgender individuals making it inclusive for everyone, irrespective of their assigned s*x at birth. It must also ensure that cases are examined with due consideration of the existing socio-political power imbalances between cisgender individuals and those with marginalised gender and s*xual identities.

আসন্ন আইসিসি নির্বাচনে, লিঙ্গসংবেদনশীল অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক আইসিসি গঠনের দাবিতে যাদবপুর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আর্টস ফ্যাকাল্টিতে বাম জোট(লেফট অ্যালায়েন্স)-এর প্রার্থী দের বিপুল ভোটে জয়যুক্ত করুন।

লিঙ্গ সাম্যের অধিকারের লড়াইকে সুনিশ্চিত করতে ও আগামী সময়ে GSCASH গঠনের আন্দোলনকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য, স্নাতক স্তরে(UG) কম. উদিতা বেদজ্ঞ-কে এবং স্নাতকোত্তর স্তরে(PG) কম. সৌমিলি দাস-কে ভোট দিয়ে নির্বাচিত করুন।
