Sahyog is an initiative started by 3 teenagers aiming to end period poverty and eradicate menstrual stigmas and taboos.

We want to reach out to marginalized women and families who do not have access to basic sanitation facilities.

Change, a broad term yet similar in so many ways.
it is not us who want a change in perspective about menstruation but each and every menstruator whether from a privileged house or a village, one who has aged and reached menopause or one who still goes through their menstrual cycle each month.
through the awareness session, which had women from over 10 villages, we understood that there is so much to learn from all the women around us. we even realised that as we are breaking the taboos about menstruation, so are these powerful women.
mindsets are changing and evolving, and change is gradually coming.
