An Extremely Unfortunate Incident has occurred at Active Acres by Ruchi Realty Kolkata just now. One of our children playing in the garden hid in the air vents to the basement. There are huge industrial fans here & the child climbed into one of these.

The fan moved & the child fell down into the basement.

The child has broken his hand & cut his lip along with several bruises on his forehead. He has been taken to the hospital.)

Hope the child recovers soon without any long term injury.

AA is a veritable death trap because of criminal negligence on the part of RRHL and its employees/directors.

Falling concrete, uneven floor, gaps in the ground, unguarded industrial exhaust fans, charging dogs, mosquitoes, unhygienic water......
