গরিবের সুপার ম্যান - Poor Man's Super Man

সিনেমার হিরো তো অনেক দেখেছেন তারা শুধু মাত্র অভিনয় করে কিন্তু আজকে আপনাদের সাথে পরিচয় করাবো দুজন রিয়েল হিরোর জীবন কাহিনী সম্পর্কে।

অতি দরিদ্র, নিরক্ষর পরিবার থেকে উঠে আসা একজন শিক্ষক আর একজন রিক্সাচালক অরফানেজ এন্ড সোশ্যাল ওয়েলফেয়ার ফাউন্ডেশন নামে সেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠনটির প্রতিষ্ঠাতা।

১/ সুলতান আলী নাইয়া (শিক্ষক)
২/ আবুল বাসার মোল্লা (রিক্সাচালক)

শিক্ষক সুলতান আলী নাইয়া মহাশয় শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষক ছিলেন না, তিনি ছিলেন অত্যন্ত মানবদরদী, গরিবের একজন প্রকৃত বন্ধু। শিক্ষক সুলতান আলী নাইয়া মহাশয়ের সম্পর্কে বলে শেষ করা যাবে না, যে তিনি কি গুনের মানুষ ছিলেন। শিক্ষক সুলতান আলী নাইয়া মহাশয়ের পড়াশোনা জীবনে অভাবের তাড়নায় বই কিনতে না পারায়, নিজের রক্ত বিক্রি করে বই কেনার মতো ঘটনার সাক্ষী। পড়াশোনা শেষ করে অনেক দেরিতে সরকারি চাকুরির সুযোগ মেলে। পড়াশোনা জীবন থেকে মাষ্টার মশাই শিক্ষা নিয়ে লড়াই করে আসছেন। গ্রামে যখন শিক্ষার আলো একদমই নেই, সরকারি কোনো স্কুল ছিলোনা তখন থেকে শিক্ষক সুলতান আলী নাইয়া কখনও গাছতলায়, কখনও কারো খানকায়, কখনও কারো বারান্দায় ছোটো ছোটো শিশুদের নিয়ে বিনা পয়সায় পড়াতে লাগলেন। পরবর্তীতে গ্রামে গরিব, দুস্থঃ, অনাথ শিশুদের বিনামূল্যে পড়াশোনার জন্য একটি স্থায়ী শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান তৈরী করার জন্য এলাকার মানুষদেরকে বলতে লাগলেন তারপর সবাইকে নিয়ে একটা মিটিংয়ের ব্যবস্থা করলেন, মিটিংয়ে মাষ্টার মশাই উল্লেখ করলেন যে মিটিংয়ের উদ্দেশ্য গ্রামে একটা স্কুল তৈরী করতে চাই যেখানে সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুরা বিনামূল্যে পড়াশোনা করবে তার জন্য প্রথমে প্রয়োজন একটা জমি। মিটিংয়ে সবাই যে যার মতামত জানাতে লাগলেন অনেকে রসিকতা ও হাসাহাসি করতে লাগলেন, এই বলে যে মাষ্টার মশাইয়ের কাজ নেই, সারাটা জীবন একই রকম থেকে গেলো। হঠাৎ একজন আওয়াজ করে বললেন মাষ্টার মশাই আপনার স্বপ্নের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান তৈরীর জন্য আমি আমার জমিটুকু দিয়ে দেবো। সবাই অবাক দৃষ্টিতে তাকিয়ে রইলেন যে রিক্সাওয়ালা বলে কি! তখন সবার মনে প্রশ্ন জাগে সত্যিই কি রিক্সাওয়ালা সংগঠনে জমি দেবে? অবশেষে রিক্সাওয়ালার সীমিত জমিটুকু সেচ্ছায় সংগঠনের নামে লিখে দিলেন। তারপর থেকে শুরু হয় স্বপ্নের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান। মাস্টার মশাই ও রিক্সাচালক নিজেদের উদ্যোগে শুরু করলেও বর্তমানে ১৭জন কর্মকর্তা, কয়েকশ স্বেচ্ছাসেবক দ্বারা চারটি শিক্ষা ক্যাম্পাস চলছে।

১/ এক টাকায় স্কুল
২/ মজার স্কুল
৩/ ডিজিটাল স্কুল
৪/ সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের স্কুল

দুঃখের বিষয় হলো এই যে গত ইংরেজী ৩ জানুয়ারি ২০২৩ শিক্ষক সুলতান আলী নাইয়া শেষ নিঃশ্বাস ত্যাগ করেন। মাষ্টার মশাইয়ের মৃত্যুতে আমরা গভীর ভাবে শোকাহত। 😢

আমরা সবাই মিলে যদি এই সংগঠনটিকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারি তাহলে মাষ্টার মশাই ও রিক্সাওয়ালার সৎ উদ্যোগ সার্থক হবে।

You have seen a lot of movie heroes, they only act but today I will introduce you about the life story of two real heroes.

A teacher and a rickshaw puller from a very poor, illiterate family are the founders of a voluntary organization called the Orphanage and Social Welfare Foundation.

1/ Sultan Ali Naiya (Teacher)
2/ Abul Basar Molla (Rickshaw Driver)

Teacher Sultan Ali Naiya Mahashay was not only a teacher, he was very humanitarian, a true friend of the poor. It cannot be overstated about the teacher Sultan Ali Naiya Mahashay, what a man he was. The teacher Sultan Ali Naiya witnessed incidents like selling his own blood to buy books because he could not buy books due to lack of education. Govt jobs are available very late after completion of education. Master Mashai has been struggling with education since his education life. When there was no light of education in the village, there was no government school since then, the teacher Sultan Ali Naiya started teaching children for free sometimes in the tree house, sometimes in someone's house, sometimes in someone's balcony. Later, he asked the people of the area to build a permanent educational institution for the free education of the poor, distressed and orphaned children in the village, then arranged a meeting with everyone, in the meeting Master Mashai mentioned that the purpose of the meeting was to build a school in the village where the underprivileged children would study for free. First of all he needs a land. At the meeting everyone started sharing their opinions, many started joking and laughing, saying that Master Masai had no work, the whole life remained the same. Suddenly someone called out and said, Master, I will give my land to build your dream educational institution. Everyone was surprised to see what the rickshaw puller said! Then the question arises in everyone's mind, will the rickshaw pullers really give land to the organization? Finally, the rickshaw-puller voluntarily wrote the limited land in the name of the organization. Since then, the dream educational institution started. Master Mashai and the rickshaw puller started on their own initiative but currently four educational campuses are being run by 17 officers, hundreds of volunteers.

The sad thing is that English teacher Sultan Ali Naiya breathed his last on January 3, 2023. We are deeply saddened by the death of Master Mashai. 😢

If all of us can take this organization forward, then the honest efforts of master mashai and rickshaw walla will be worthwhile.
