A Memorandum of Settlement (MoS) was signed before the ALC(C) Kolkata between the BPBEA (Union) & FSS Pvt Ltd (Contractor) of CBI Bank regarding the unlawful termination of 47 ATM Caretakers in Kolkata. Accordingly the agency paid retrenchment compensation & full and final settlement, including gratuity amounting to Rs 36,25,000 to the affected workers.
