A group of like-minded professionals having experience of handling difficult situations and crisis management and a strong desire for a passion enhancing pursuit, came together to form Pioneer Aged Care, a private pay home-care company, with the objective of providing city-based senior citizens holistic services with professional approach of caring and sharing, aimed at a rejuvenated and dignified life, where age is a number – free from rust and solitude, by assisting in physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Pioneer Aged Care, a Mumbai based company, is commencing operations from Kolkata and plans to expand on pan-India basis, focussing on mega cities viz. Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, along with Tier-II cities like Bhubaneshwar, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad in the first phase.

India is a gerontic nation, on the threshold of becoming the nation with world’s largest population of senior citizens (above 60 years). A substantial part of such aged are city-based elderly, who face difficulties in carrying out daily chores coupled with fear of insecurity and medical emergency. Many are compelled to live alone, in desperation with infirm health and loneliness, as their children are residing abroad or at distant places. These elderly need care & support to assist them in leading a dignified life whilst living at their homes.

Our mission is to provide older adults with caring and quality services for enhancement of physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
