This monsoon, Lala Municipal Board invites every citizen to join the Catch the Rain campaign. Our region receives abundant rainfall — let's harvest it instead of letting it flow away. By adopting rooftop rainwater harvesting, building recharge pits, and restoring our ponds, wells and traditional water bodies, we can recharge our groundwater and secure water for future generations.

Every drop of rain we catch today is water saved for tomorrow.

Turshi Roy, Chairperson, Sri Sanatomba Singha, Vice-Chairman, and Sri Abhijit Bey, Executive Officer of the Lala Municipal Board, along with leading citizens of Lala Town, visited Ward No. 4 of Lala Town to inspect and address complaints raised by local residents regarding stagnant water, and other civic issues.
