डायलिसिस की सुविधा के लिए एवी फिस्टुला या ग्राफ्ट ऑपरेशन किया जाता है। इस प्रक्रिया में, धमनी और नस के बीच एक छोटा सा कनेक्शन बनाया जाता है ताकि नस में तेजी से रक्त प्रवाहित हो और एक महीने बाद, नसें आकार में बढ़ जाती हैं और फिर डायलिसिस के लिए उपयोग की जा सकती हैं।

Laparoscopic pyeloplasty is a way to perform reconstructive surgery of a narrowing or scarring where the ureter (the tube that drains urine from the kidney to the bladder) attaches to the kidney through a minimally invasive procedure.
लैप्रोस्कोपिक पाइलोप्लास्टीएक न्यूनतम इनवेसिव लेप्रोस्कोपिक प्रक्रिया है जो यूरेटेरोपेल्विक जंक्शन (यूपीजे) पर मूत्रवाहिनी और गुर्दे के बीच रुकावट से राहत देती है। यह मूत्रवाहिनी के ऊपरी हिस्से (रीनल पेल्विस) में रुकावट से राहत पाने का एक सुरक्षित और प्रभावी तरीका है।
इस प्रक्रिया का उपयोग मूत्रवाहिनी की रुकावट या संकुचन को ठीक करने के लिए किया जाता है जहां यह किडनी से निकलती है और इस असामान्यता को यूपीजे बाधा कहा जाता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप किडनी से मूत्र की खराब और धीमी निकासी होती है। यह रुकावट संभावित रूप से पथरी, पेट और पेट में दर्द, संक्रमण, गुर्दे की कार्यप्रणाली में गिरावट और उच्च रक्तचाप का कारण बन सकती है।
