लखनऊ-कानपुर एक्सप्रेसवे का उद्घाटन जल्द होने की संभावना है, जिससे राज्य के दो प्रमुख आर्थिक केंद्रों के बीच कनेक्टिविटी को नई गति मिलेगी। लगभग 63 किलोमीटर लंबे इस एक्सप्रेसवे में 42 किलोमीटर का ग्रीनफील्ड सेक्शन सम्मिलित है, जो यात्रा को अधिक तेज, सुगम और सुरक्षित बनाएगा। इसके साथ ही बाराबंकी-बहराइच हाईवे के चौड़ीकरण तथा कानपुर-कबरई ग्रीनफील्ड हाईवे परियोजना का भी शिलान्यास प्रस्तावित है। ये परियोजनाएं क्षेत्रीय संपर्क को मजबूत करने, व्यापार एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स को बढ़ावा देने और उत्तर प्रदेश के समग्र आर्थिक विकास को गति देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगी।

Uttar Pradesh has emerged as India’s fastest-growing rooftop solar market under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, recording the highest number of new installations in May 2026. The state added 64,742 rooftop solar systems during the month, accounting for over 20% of the country’s total monthly installations. Lucknow became the first district in India to cross the one lakh rooftop solar installation mark, with 1,02,603 cumulative installations. The achievement reflects Uttar Pradesh’s accelerating transition towards clean energy and its growing leadership in rooftop solar adoption.

वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में उत्तर प्रदेश ने पहली बार ₹2 लाख करोड़ का निर्यात आंकड़ा पार करते हुए ₹2,01,241 करोड़ मूल्य का निर्यात दर्ज किया है। अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन, यूएई, जर्मनी और नेपाल सहित प्रमुख वैश्विक बाजारों में राज्य से विभिन्न उत्पादों का निर्यात किया गया। इस उपलब्धि के साथ उत्तर प्रदेश देश का पाँचवाँ सबसे बड़ा निर्यातक राज्य बन गया है। गौतमबुद्ध नगर ₹97,703 करोड़ के निर्यात के साथ प्रदेश में शीर्ष स्थान पर रहा। इलेक्ट्रिकल मशीनरी एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, गारमेंट्स, इंडस्ट्रियल मशीनरी और फुटवियर राज्य के प्रमुख निर्यात उत्पादों में सम्मिलित रहे। देश के कुल निर्यात में उत्तर प्रदेश की हिस्सेदारी लगभग 5.2 प्रतिशत रही।

बुंदेलखंड के औद्योगिक विकास को नई गति प्रदान करते हुए पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय ने बुंदेलखंड औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण (बीडा) मास्टर प्लान-2045 के अंतर्गत प्रस्तावित ग्रीनफील्ड इंडस्ट्रियल सिटी परियोजना को पर्यावरणीय स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है। लगभग 253 वर्ग किलोमीटर क्षेत्रफल में विकसित होने वाली यह महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजना झांसी तहसील के 33 ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को समाहित करेगी। यह परियोजना क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक निवेश, रोजगार सृजन तथा आधुनिक अवस्थापना विकास को बढ़ावा देने के साथ-साथ बुंदेलखंड को वैश्विक विनिर्माण मानचित्र पर स्थापित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी तथा स्थानीय नागरिकों के जीवन स्तर में व्यापक सुधार सुनिश्चित करेगी।

In a significant boost to industrial development in Bundelkhand, Uttar Pradesh, the proposed Greenfield Industrial City in Jhansi has received environmental clearance from the Government of India. The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has granted final approval to the Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (BIDA) Master Plan-2045, paving the way for the development of a world-class industrial township spanning over 253 sq. km (62,599 acres). This landmark approval is expected to accelerate industrialisation, attract large-scale investments, generate employment opportunities and strengthen Jhansi’s position as a key industrial and economic growth hub in Uttar Pradesh.
