*Grateful to have participated in the Refresher Training Programme for State-Level Capacity Building Consultants of the School of Excellence in Panchayati Raj (SoEPR), NIRDPR, Hyderabad.

The programme was a valuable learning and reflection platform covering Panchayati Raj Institutions, Gram Sabha strengthening, capacity building, GPDP, climate change, VB-G RAM G, Own Source Revenue (OSR), vulnerability mapping, AI and digital tools, training methodologies, documentation, and innovative practices in grassroots governance.

A special thanks to NIRDPR, SoEPR, and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj for providing this enriching opportunity and to all the distinguished faculty, resource persons, senior officials and colleagues for their valuable insights, guidance and experiences.

The discussions reinforced an important thought: strengthening Panchayats means strengthening grassroots democracy, participation, accountability and local leadership.

I look forward to applying these learnings in the field and contributing towards more effective, inclusive and responsive Panchayati Raj Institutions.

Participated as a Master Trainer in the training programme for Block Development Officers (BDOs) conducted at the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD), Lucknow, organized by the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR).

दिनांक 31 जुलाई 2026 को "कर्मयोगी कर्तव्य कार्यक्रम" विषय पर पंचायती राज विभाग के अधिकारियों (ADPRO) का एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण पंचायती राज प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (PRIT), लोहिया भवन, लखनऊ में सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित किया गया।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ श्रीमती प्रवीणा चौधरी, संयुक्त निदेशक, PRIT द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया। प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य अधिकारियों में कर्तव्यनिष्ठा, सुशासन, सेवा उत्कृष्टता, उत्तरदायित्व तथा नागरिक-केंद्रित प्रशासन की भावना को सुदृढ़ करना रहा।

यह प्रशिक्षण Mission Karmayogi की भावना के अनुरूप अधिकारियों की क्षमता संवर्धन एवं प्रभावी लोक सेवा वितरण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है।

Today, a survey was conducted in Gram Panchayat Dullapur and Gram Panchayat Babupur of Block Mawai, District Ayodhya regarding low participation in Gram Sabha meetings. During the visit, detailed interactions were held with the Sarpanch and elected representatives, Gram Sachiv, Ward members, Self-Help Group members, and Gram Sabha members to assess the factors affecting community participation and to gather field-level feedback and suggestions. The discussions were highly informative, meaningful, and productive, providing valuable insights into the challenges and possible measures for strengthening public participation in Gram Sabha proceedings and Panchayati Raj Institutions. Subsequently, a meeting was also held with Assistant Development Officer (Panchayat) Mr. Anupam Sharma and the Panchayat Sachiv, where constructive discussions took place on the administrative initiatives and strategies being adopted to enhance participatory governance and community engagement at the Gram Panchayat level.
