Conduct of Institutional Training for the IAS probationers allotted to UP Cadre, Professional Course for PCS (Executive) and Foundation Course for PCS (Executive), and Combined State Civil Services are among the Academy’s Flagship Programmes.

91th Foundation Training Programme for State Civil Services officers of six departments commenced on 24th August, 2026 . The Chief Guest for Inaugural Programme Sri. M. Devaraj, IAS Director General, RUPAAM delivered the inaugural address to the trainees and Sri Sanjay Kumar, IAS Director, RUPAAM also addressed the Officer Trainees. The course team comprises of Sri Ratnesh Singh, IAS Additional Director (Course Director) and and Ms. Priya Singh, Deputy Director (Co-Course Director) Nodal Course Coordinator, Smt. Sandhya Bhadauria, Research Executive. There are191 Officer Trainees. In the end Ms. Shweta, Deputy Director Concluded the programme by thanking everyone. UPAAM wishes all the very best to the Officer Trainees.

Visit and Training of International Delegation- A 12-member international delegation from the Philippines and Laos, accompanied by faculty members from BIRD, visited the new RUPAAM campus.
During the visit, the delegation attended a series of presentations highlighting key development initiatives of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Shri Shashank Singh, ACEO, Invest UP, delivered a presentation on investment opportunities in the state. This was followed by presentations by the Joint Commissioner, MSME, on microfinance initiatives in Uttar Pradesh, and by officials from the Rural Development Department and the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) on rural development and microfinance schemes.
The visiting delegates actively participated in the interactive sessions and showed keen interest in flagship schemes such as CM YUVA, One District One Product (ODOP), G-RAMG, and Bank Sakhi, seeking detailed insights into their implementation and impact.
The programme concluded with a High Tea, followed by the departure of the delegation. The BIRD faculty and the international participants expressed their appreciation to RUPAAM for providing a comprehensive overview of Uttar Pradesh's innovative microfinance and livelihood initiatives and thanked the Academy for its warm hospitality.

90th PCS Foundation Course commenced on 15.06.2026. The Chief Guest for the inaugural programme, Shri M. Devaraj, Principal Secretary, Appointment and Personnel Department, IAS, and DG, RUPAAM, delivered the inaugural address to the trainees. Shri Sanjay Kumar, Director; Shri Ratnesh Singh, Additional Director, RUPAAM; and Ms Priya Singh, Deputy Director, also addressed the Officer Trainees.

The course team comprises Shri Ratnesh Singh, Additional Director, RUPAAM (Course Director) and Shri Vaibhav Raman Singh (Course Coordinator).

There are 45 Officer Trainees participating in the course.

In the end, Ms Priya Singh, Deputy Director, concluded the programme by thanking everyone.
