ਜਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਫ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਲੱਬਧਤਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਜਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਜੱਸੀਆਂ ਬਲਾਕ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ 1 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਸਕੀਮ ਰਾਹੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 100% ਕੂਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 10 ਘੰਟੇ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਜਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਮਹੁੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਜਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਾਹ ਵਾਧੂ ਸੋਚ ਨਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਸੁਚੱਜੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਰੱਖ ਰਖਾਵ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ 49000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ।

The Water Supply and Sanitation Department is ensuring the availability of clean water in every house in all the villages of Punjab. Under this, the Gram Panchayat Water and Sanitation Committee in village Jassian block Ludhiana 1, district Ludhiana is providing 100% connection in all the houses of the village. GPWSC is providing uninterrupted water supply to the villagers for 10 hours and are managing the scheme smoothly and a sum of Rs.49000 is deposited surplus in the maintenance account of the committee.

"ਹਰ ਘਰ ਪਾਣੀ, ਹਰ ਘਰ ਸਫਾਈ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ" ਤਹਿਤ ਓ.ਡੀ.ਐਫ ਪਲੱਸ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਈ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਮੰਤਵ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ 84 ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸੈਨੇਟਰੀ ਪੈਡ ਵੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਸਿਨ੍ਰੇਟਰ ਉਪਲੱਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
