Currently, he works as a Data Analysis & Reporting Officer in the Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals (Rohingya) camp for the world's largest NGO, BRAC.
He has done his MPH (Public Health Nutrition) from North South University. He is a graduate of Food and Process Engineering (B.Sc) with a major in (Food Science and Nutrition (M.S.) from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University.
He has authored 4 articles having 2 h-index and continuing.

Dr. Md. Saiful Islam Musa is a dedicated and impact-driven Trainer with a strong background in health sciences and public health. He completed his BHMS from University of Dhaka and MPH from North South University, equipping him with both clinical insight and population-level health expertise.
He has 1.5 years of professional experience at icddr,b, where he gained valuable exposure to research implementation, field coordination, and evidence-based public health interventions.
Currently serving as a Trainee at Deeplaid Group, he brings over 3 years of experience in training and development. As a certified Training of Trainers (TOT) professional, he specializes in designing and delivering structured, practical, and performance-oriented training programs. His expertise includes skill development, behavioral transformation, communication enhancement, and productivity improvement.
Dr. Musa is the Co-Founder of CAP Foundation (Cancer Awareness Programme for Women), a social initiative focused on raising awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and women’s health empowerment. Through CAP, he actively contributes to community education, health advocacy, and preventive health campaigns.

Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Dhar is a distinguished academic leader and researcher with over 13 years of experience in teaching, institutional governance, and plant biotechnology. He earned his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Chandigarh University, India, in 2024, focusing his doctoral research on translational bioprospecting and resilient plant-microbe interactions.
Currently, Dr. Dhar serves as the Principal of Banophool Adibashi Green Heart College, where he oversees academic administration, faculty mentoring, and the development of innovative, inclusive curricula.
Alongside his leadership role, he contributes to higher education as an Assistant Professor (Adjunct Faculty), Department of Microbiology at the Bangladesh University of Health Sciences, specializing in Molecular Biology and Microbiology.

Scientific Contributions: He has authored over 12 publications, including high-impact research in Nature Scientific Reports and Plants regarding crop yield and salinity tolerance.
