Act Humane organised its first Disability Certificate Camp in Jalandhar, extending support to persons with disabilities by facilitating guidance on disability certificates, UDID cards, monthly pensions and related welfare services.
With the success of this initiative, continues to expand these camps across cities including other 5 cities helping ensure that essential support reaches those who need it the most.

Disability Certificate Camp at Civil Hospital, Ludhiana
Act Humane Foundation organised its regular Disability Assistance Camp at the Civil Hospital, providing guidance, medical assessments, and support for disability certificates, pension documentation, and Unique Disability ID (UDID) Card applications.
The initiative aims to improve access to essential services and ensure dignity, support, and awareness of government benefits for persons with disabilities.

Meet Loveleen, a brave 19-year-old from Kotkapura, Punjab, who faced a life-threatening battle with an invasive fungal infection behind her eye.
The infection was dangerously close to her brain, but thanks to a critical surgery at CMC, her life—and her eyesight—was saved. In this time of need,
Act Humane stepped in with a vital contribution of 1 lakh rupees, helping cover a portion of the surgery cost. Loveleen’s courage and the support of the community have given her a second chance at life.

Project Lakshya – Guiding Students Towards the Right Career Path
Act Humane Foundation conducted 2 Days - Project Lakshya – Career Counselling at Meritorious Government School, Talwara, Hoshiarpur, in association with Lovely Professional University, to help students gain clarity and direction for their future careers.
Students from 10+ and 12+ classes participated in the sessions where they were guided on choosing the right academic streams, understanding different career pathways, and exploring the wide range of opportunities available ahead.
For 12th-grade students, special emphasis was placed on how their current streams can open multiple career avenues and how they can plan their next steps strategically.
The two-day interactive sessions included detailed guidance, reasoning support, and personalized one-on-one counselling, ensuring that each student received the right mentorship to confidently shape their future.
