* Lead and manage all field and office operations in the Sangrur zone.
* Coordinate with field officers, team leads, advocates, and bank representatives.
* Ensure timely ex*****on of possession, recovery & legal actions under SARFAESI.
* Maintain regular communication with Tehsils, Police Stations, and Bank Branches.
* Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with bank guidelines.
* Handle escalations, delays, and sensitive ex*****on issues effectively.
* Maintain MIS, reporting, and documentation.

* Graduate (Law or Management preferred)
* Minimum 3–5 years of field experience in loan recovery or enforcement
