International Yoga Day Celebration at MSME-TDC (PPDC), Meerut

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, MSME-Technology Development Centre (PPDC), Meerut organized a yoga practice session at its premises. The event was enthusiastically attended by all the participants attending Resettlement training course under The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR).

The aim of the event was to promote the adoption of yoga as a part of daily life, as well as highlight its benefits for physical and mental health. The participants took part in guided yoga exercises and meditation under the supervision of a trained instructor.
