Industrial Visit was organised for Mechanical Engineering students of Government Polytechnic Motihari in HPCL Biofuels Limited Sugauli, Motihari East Champaran.Participants explored ethanol manufacturing processes, Sugar ,and co-gen Power Production plant operations, and safety measures. Experts shared insights on renewable energy and sustainability. The visit bridged the gap between theory and industry exposure, enriching students’ technical understanding and awareness of eco-friendly fuel technologies.

A Parents–Faculty Meeting was successfully conducted at Government Polytechnic Motihari on 28 April 2026 for semester II/IV/VI students in line with NBA guidelines emphasizing stakeholder engagement. Parents, as key stakeholders, actively participated in discussions on students’ academic performance, attendance, and overall development. Faculty members presented insights on Vision, Mission and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices. Valuable feedback from parents was collected to enhance teaching–learning processes and institutional effectiveness. The meeting strengthened collaboration between parents and faculty, ensuring continuous improvement and holistic development of students.
